Step 2 2 min
Orient
Stereo headphones or in-ears are required — binaural beats do not work through speakers. If you are in therapy or on medication, read the Care page first so you use this alongside your provider.
Step 3 3 min
Settle the body
Before sound, before ink, regulate the nervous system. Start with Box 4·4·4·4 or the Physiological Sigh. This is the on-ramp — the rest of the site works better once the body is quiet.
Step 4 1 min
Choose the state
Learn what Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta actually do. Sample a carrier tone. This is the vocabulary that makes every session in the Library make sense.
Step 5 10–15 min
Practice
Sound, breath, and visualization braided into a single arc. Follow the Breath Orb. Let the narration land where it lands. First-time recommendation: Sonoran Clarity or Kyoto Listening.
Step 6 5 min
Reflect
The session opens a window. Journaling is what keeps it open. Every session ends with a prompt — or pull one from the Journaling page. Stored locally, in your browser only.
Step 7 ongoing
Go deeper
Once the loop feels familiar, commit to structure: the seven-day integration wave, or one of the three book themes (Purpose, Mindset, Humanitarian). This is where change actually compounds.
After step seven, the Rituals, Themes, and Somatic Toolkit become the long game. Return to any step anytime.
